We are currently recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Warri / Ovwian, Delta

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in customers or prospects, handle incoming customer calls, and address inquiries or complaints.
• Proactively search for new customers using LinkedIn and other social media platforms, send proposals to prospects, and follow up until sales are closed.
• Utilize telemarketing, email marketing, and other sales tools to follow up on leads generated through Google, social media, and paid advertising, converting them into sales.
• Address customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within specified time limits, and ensure the issue is resolved.
• Respond promptly and efficiently to inquiries via social media chats.
• Regularly post job openings on Deslog’s Job Platform (Salvajob.com).
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 – 5 years of work experience.

Salary:

• N100,000 – N120,000 Monthly.
