Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team and create high-quality, delicious meals for our customers. The ideal candidate will have expertise in culinary arts, kitchen management, and food safety regulations. If you have experience with innovative cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we would love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment (e.g., knives, pans, kitchen scales)
  • Study recipes and prepare high-quality dishes
  • Design menus and suggest new culinary innovations
  • Oversee kitchen operations and delegate tasks to kitchen staff
  • Ensure sanitation and food safety compliance
  • Modify recipes to meet customer preferences (e.g., reduce salt, remove dairy)
  • Monitor food stock and place orders
  • Check the freshness of ingredients and discard expired items
  • Experiment with new recipes and culinary trends

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
  • Expertise in various kitchen equipment (e.g., grillers, pasta makers)
  • Strong knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
  • Leadership and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations
  • Culinary school diploma is preferred

Kitchen Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team. The Kitchen Assistant will assist in meal preparation, kitchen cleanliness, and food safety compliance. If you are passionate about food service and eager to learn new cooking techniques, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and making sauces
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
